Solid Ground Sober Livings main goal has been helping its residents settle back into their community while living a sober life. While attending a Drug Court graduation, the owner heard Judge Galloway talk about the need for sober living houses in Carroll County, especially for women. After retiring from working in a Detention Center, the owner decided she would open a transitional house for women battling addiction.
