Catholic Charities of Cortland County (CCOCC) is a private, non-profit Human Service agency with a 35-year history of service provision in Cortland County Services are targeted to those suffering from mental illness and substance abuse, people living in poverty, delinquent and at risk youth Our basic services include case management, residential services, and emergency assistance The agency was incorporated in 1925 as part of the larger seven county Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Syracuse, which includes Cortland, Broome, Onondaga, Oneida, Madison, Chenango, and Oswego Counties
