My goal as your therapist is to help you decrease your symptoms and increase your happiness and satisfaction with your self, your relationships and your life. I am interested in your inner life and outer life. With these insights we can look for the conflicts and issues that are hurting you and begin working toward their resolution. Equally important is knowing and enhancing your strengths and support systems which can be deployed to assist in your therapy and your life. By increasing awareness of long-standing patterns and personal perceptions, family experiences and current situations we can begin to find ways to relieve the pain, address the causes, and increase the balance and joy in your life.
