St Marks Clinic is a 55 bed, short-term admission mental health facility, treating clients in hospital as well as day clients. The principle forms of therapy used at the clinic are crisis counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, life skills training and electro-convulsive therapy. Specialised treatment is provided for specific conditions such as substance dependence, anxiety disorders and depression. A high care facility is available for seriously ill patients and therapeutic programmes are conducted in small groups. Monitoring our clients’ views on all aspects of our service keeps us up to date with their needs and enables us to provide them with the best possible service at all times.
