A specialist group-based program designed to help people manage symptoms associated with anxiety or depression in order to live, our approach emphasises the idea that our feelings and behaviour are shaped by the way we think about ourselves and the world. This is a two-week structured program and offers participants a supportive environment to make positive changes in their lives. Participants stay for two weeks as an inpatient with the opportunity to join our day programs as a bridge to integrating their new skills in their daily living.
