To most people, Therapy is just going into someone's office and talking to them about your problems. But for me therapy is just getting your mind off it. For this person it is music but for other people it could be the gym, running or talking to family. There are multiple forms of therapy then just the normal office talk with someone. The thing that really matters if that way you are trying is actually helping you.
