Personally, whenever I encounter any kind of stress I always think about how to relieve it. And my number one remedy for stress is working out. I also do play basketball so running, in general, is something that I enjoy doing. Also, it is important to uniquely find what relaxes your mind and body, and see what makes you feel good - emotionally, mentally, and physically.
