Meditation is often overlooked by many people around the world. Some people excuse themselves from this activity by claiming that it enhances their anxiety, some people say they cannot pay attention for that long. Although there are many people who find meditation very unappealing, many studies have proven that meditation can enhance attention rates, decrease depression and anxiety, better relationships with oneself and others, and do many more beneficial things. Whenever in doubt, take the time to relax your mind and body and open yourself to the gifts that come with meditation.
