Stop going so hard on yourself. You are doing better than you'd think. However, feelings of self-doubt and "not doing enough" are common. And it is totally okay to let negative emotion out it is actually great for you. You cannot forget about yourself... do not discredit how far you've come. Think about it like this... there's always a bad side to the good (in everything you could possibly imagine), and vice versa. It is a part of life. To conclude this reminder, remember your mental strength and how capable you are. I believe in you, always.
