When in doubt, write it out. This post is more of a reminder/guide as to how you should act when your emotions are all over the place. Let us say you had a very rough day, nothing went the way you want, and you kept receiving negative news... write about your day. Write out all the negativity and describe what you felt during a specific moment. This can be handwritten, typed up on a doc, or even typed up in the notes of your phone. Not only is this a way to relieve anger and stress, but it is also a way to simply organize your feelings about your life and day-to-day experiences. Also, if something is handwritten, and you really had a rough time, write it out and then throw it away or burn it (with caution and safety of course). This literally takes the bad and gets rid of it. The feeling is most comparable to getting a weight lifted off your shoulder. And finally, even if nothing bad happened, it is never a bad idea to write about something. It will clear up your head and provide a fresh start for your emotional and mental state.
