One day in my English class my teacher showed us a video about suicide. The video mostly talked about how you are never alone. It said that social media is full of exhortations to talk to. You can talk about your depression and suicide and mental health in general. The core message of the video was to reach out. Because even if you don’t feel like it, somebody out there cares.
