Ah, finals; a month's worth of stress-induced acne, and excessive amounts of studying. A great way that I've found helps deal with stress is staying organized. Another way to deal with finals is breaking down all the work you have in a planner. This will allow you to see what needs to get done and when. Also, deep breathing can allow you a brief period of relaxation. My third recommendation is to work hard throughout the year. When building a high grade before the final you'll find that the end result of said final won't have such a drastic impact. Remember, it's not all due at once. What do you do to relieve stress??
